Arizona Chapter Announces Date of Vendor Appreciation Equipment Show

To Vendor (Associate) Members,

The 6th Biennial Arizona Chapter Vendors Equipment Show will be held February 4th 2011 at the Salt River Project’s “Pera Club”. This will be the 1st RMFMA Arizona Chapter Meeting for the year. Salt River Project’s “Pera Club” is located at 1 E. Continental Dr. in Tempe, AZ. This year we will be joined by the Valley of the Sun Clean Cities Coalition displaying “Clean Fuel Vehicles”.

The Arizona Chapter Board views this meeting as a “Vendor Appreciation” Show, and requested there be no “cost” to display. However, the Vendor Committee is requiring each booth provide a DOOR PRIZE worth a minimum of $100.00. The drawings will be held at the end of the show, a proven way to have members stay for the whole show.

•   January 28th will be the deadline for Vendors to register for show space.
•   Outside space will be limited to 2 vehicles per Vendor.
•   Show will open at 10:30 AM, (set up as early as 7AM & some big trucks on Thursday after 3PM)

Vendors (Associate Members) must be in good standing in the Chapter or Region to participate.
