Join the Rocky Mountain Fleet Management Associatoin
The Colorado Chapter of the Rocky Mountain Fleet Management Association (RMFMA) is proud to announce the 2012/2013 scholarship program.  The total dollar amount that we have to award is $5,000.  We feel that this will assist many of our members in furthering their education.  Scholarships are awarded for the advancement of education in automotive/heavy equipment technology, fleet management, and fleet certification.  

The Rocky Mountain Fleet Management Association is a non-profit professional organization dedicated to the advancement of the fleet management industry.  To apply for a scholarship, applicants must complete all sections of the application, include requested documentation and submit before the deadline date. 

GUIDELINES

  1. Value of Scholarship: Various Requested Amounts
  2. Application Deadlines: November 1, 2012 and May 1, 2013
  3. Award Announcements: November 2012 at the Chapter Meeting and May 2013 at the Spring Trade Show during the Business Meeting
  4. Scholarships will be awarded for continuing education courses in fleet industry, fleet management, and fleet certification programs within the Colorado Chapter including:
    1. Accredited Community College
    2. Automotive Technical College
    3. RMFMA CAFM or CAFS Certification Program
  5. Scholarship funds may be utilized for:
    1. Tuition and school fees
    2. Books required for course
    3. Registrations
  6. Scholarship Awards must be used within one (1) year of the date of the Award Letter and check is received.
  7. Scholarship Awards will be sent directly to the educational institution and require proof of registration, course names, and an invoice issued by the institution.
REQUIREMENTS

  1. Employer must be an RMFMA member in good standing for the past two (2) years and the applicant must be a listed representative.
  2. Letter of recommendation from an instructor (if applicable) and employer.
  3. Copies of any fleet related awards or certificates.
  4. If training and/or certification has already been completed, please submit proof of accomplishment.
  5. If training and/or certification completion is at a future date, please submit documentation.
  6. Completed Application.
